i would like to become a staff because the staff sometimes are so inactive and i want to be almost everyday on in the morning and at night at my time. I'm from Romania.

Firstly .. where tf is the template that you are supposed to follow? Secondly, some of the admins are on at least every second or third day checking up on everything. Just because you choose to play on the server at odd times doesn't mean the staff are inactive. Get your shit and facts together kid. There will always be 1 staff member on at least every day.

Template? The staff is on as much as possible and it is not necessary for them to be online when you are.  Just because you are from Romania and the staff are not online when you decide to play does not make them inactive.
