Applicants under the age of 17 Are less Likely to get accepted so you will need to put more effort in to your application. 2. Only Applicants who are already Mod on the server can apply for Admin, Applicants who are not already mod can only apply for Mod. 3. You will be need to take and pass an interview on top of having your Application itself accepted in order to become staff. 4. Were you to become staff you would not be allowed to freely spawn in items, staff do not exist to help themselves or their friends out in ways that would be considered abusive. 5. The punishment for abusing your permissions will be a complete demotion and a temp/perm (ban depending on the offence) 6. You will need to remain active or you will be demoted if you are demoted for being inactive you will not be banned but you will be unable to reapply for staff for 30 days 7. Staff Reply From WrathBear7511 (Server Owner) 14 is a little young, best way to see how well he does is make him a mod with provisions, give him a chance to prove himself.

I agree with Alpha and WrathBear and I also think that 14 is a little young for staff but with the right attitude and a bit of supervision you'll make it as a moderator. (You killed me a too many times with a bow so it's a no from me)
